Our client is one of the fastest growing internet technology businesses in the UK. They currently seek a 3 plus PQE commercial contracts lawyer to join them on a 9-12 month fixed term contract basis to provide maternity cover.
The successful candidate will have full responsibility for drafting, negotiating UK related legal contracts and be the key point of contact for internal stakeholders locally and internationally plus external stakeholders such as UK law enforcement agencies and regulators. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and make decisions in order to support the business and employees on legal matters. It is essential to have at least 3 years commercial contract drafting experience and ideally have gained experience of IP, IT, GDPR and corporate governance matters. Any supplementary experience in litigation and/or employment law would be an advantage.
