We are partnering with a multinational cloud software business that provide ERP, CRM, network, spend, human capital and supply chain management for various industries. They have over 400,000 customers worldwide, and a strong in-house legal function across the globe.
Working alongside around 7 lawyers within the UK and ROI team, and reporting into the General Counsel, you'll support a commercially prosperous organisation.
Core Tasks Include
- Negotiate IT contracts (licence agreements, Cloud Services Agreement and Professional Services Agreements)
- Analyse risk and support the company LOB's and internal functions
- Think commercially when making legal arrangements
- Support across four main areas: providing senior legal services, supporting Public Sector deals and the adoption of Public Sector framework agreements, provide legal counsel to LOB's and internal functions and assess and explain complex Legal concepts to senior executives
What they're looking for
You'll be a mid/senior level lawyer who around 5-7 PQE (as a guide). It is essential that you have extensive knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and associated frameworks. We may consider candidates with less / more PQE if they have the relevant framework experience.
