Our client is one of the world's top 10 offshore law firms with a strong reputation across the Channel Islands, Caribbean, and South East Asia. With large full services offices in both Jersey and Guernsey, they are able to offer a fantastic platform for an NQ or junior associate developing their career as a real estate lawyer.

The firm's property team has a well established reputation in Guernsey and has been involved in many of the most significant real estate transactions on the island in recent years. The practice engages in the broad spectrum of commercial property work that one would expect at a top tier firm, including both real estate transactions and property litigation. Associates are encouraged to take responsibility for their own files as soon as they are ready.

The team is now looking for a junior associate to join them later this year.

In order to be considered for this role you will:

  • Be qualified as a solicitor in the UK (or due to qualify in September 2021)
  • Have demonstrable experience in commercial and / or residential property transactions
  • Have a strong academic background, ideally including a 2:1 or higher in your first degree

If you would like some further information on this opportunity, or would just like to have more information about moving offshore and what this could mean for your career, please contact Benedict Roberts on 0207 332 2141 or benedictroberts@taylorroot.com.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.

Please note that your personal information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
