This European Bank is looking to appoint a commercial & procurement lawyer to its EMEA Legal Team in London.
In this role, you will advise on a broad range of work including:
- negotiating and drafting terms of agreement with suppliers and service providers;
- ensuring that contractual and commercial risk is within the bank's risk appetite;
- working with Procurement and relevant UK department in assessing business requirements and commercial and legal risk; and
- keeping up to date with relevant changes in law.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 5 years' PQE advising on complex procurement deals. In-House experience would be ideal.
