The Role

There is an excellent opportunity for an Associate level lawyer to join a high performing and well known Corporate M&A team in either their Sydney or Melbourne offices. This role will see you working on various matters including corporate advisory, public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and private equity transactions.

You will be provided the opportunity to work in a collegiate team which encourages learning and development through hands on experience. The team works on some of the largest and most complex deals in Australia and across the APAC region.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have between 2-6 years' PQE from a well-regarded corporate M&A practice covering a broad spectrum of work. Candidates with in-house or overseas experience are also encouraged to apply.

You will also need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work within a team and independently
  • Superior drafting skills
