The business is now looking to recruit a commercially astute lawyer on a fixed term contract of 12 months to cover a maternity absence. You will be supporting the global business on a variety of matters and will have a lot of exposure to the business at all levels. You will be involved on exciting work, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including, but not limited to; online media and advertising agreements, affiliate agreements, services agreements and website terms and conditions, as well as some regulatory work.
This is a highly supportive team where you will get guidance and mentoring from senior peers. You ideally will have previous experience of commercial work, either from an in-house or private practice setting and have a strong interest in media and technology.
