This role is a great option for any experienced Corporate Lawyer/PSL seeking more flexibility and improved W/L balance. Our client is open to candidates seeking either full time or part time, flexible hours to work around other obligations (later starts and/or earlier finishes) and all they are asking in return is for a friendly, experienced candidate to join them on an initial 12-month FTC to focus on sorting out their precedents including:

· Buy side and sell side asset/business purchase agreements

· Subscription and shareholders agreements

· Private company articles of association

They are ideally seeking a candidate who enjoys the attention to detail side of the work, is happy building templates and essentially somebody with strong Corporate experience who is no longer seeking a client-facing, Fee Earning role.

This Corporate PSL role offers a tremendous amount of flexibility to relation to working from home, reduced hours and the volume of the work undertaken - even offering a reduced number of days per week AND hours that suit your lifestyle. This is an attractive prospect for any experienced

Corporate Lawyer seeking a friendly working environment and a role which will allow them to utilise their skills and knowledge whilst escaping the heavy target hours totals imposed by most City law firms at the moment.

Please apply now if you wish to be considered. Previous PSL experience is beneficial but not essential, Solicitors transitioning across from a traditional "Associate" role will also be considered providing they possess the right level of Corporate law experience.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
