We are working with a leading US firm who are looking to bring qualified Solicitor to join their Corporate M&A team to be based in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled solicitor to join one of the most renowned corporate M&A practice groups in the world.

The successful candidate will join the London corporate group and will predominantly work in M&A but is expected to be a versatile candidate, well versed in and prepared to take on a broad range of corporate transactions within the group.

To succeed in this role, applicants must be qualified to practice as a Solicitor in the UK/Wales and/or Ireland. Excellent drafting and client management skills are required as well as strong academics.
