You will be joining a small legal team to provide legal support in relation to a broad range of commercial issues. This will include drafting, negotiating, and concluding a broad variety of commercial agreements including franchise, revenue share, procurement, supply and distribution of goods and services and digital services. There will also be a compliance element to the role, as well as exposure to IP and marketing and advertising support.
This is a highly commercial role within an exciting, fast paced and dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong technical background gained in the commercial or corporate team at a reputable law firm or similar in-house environment. Experience of franchising and /or digital work would be highly advantageous but is not essential. The ability to integrate quickly into a small, business facing legal team and possess a proactive attitude is a must.
