This international asset management company is looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to join their team in London.
The company has 18 offices globally and provide a broad range of differentiated investment products and solutions to help its diverse range of clients
meet their investment objectives.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the establishment and maintenance of best in class corporate and entity governance standards across the organisations global platform across the US, EMEA and APAC
- Developing and maintaining Annual Plans for the Board, Executive, Risk and other committees or sub-committees, including scheduling meetings, supporting with developing the meeting agendas, collating meeting packs, taking the minutes of each meeting, maintaining action logs and liaising with standing and other attendees pre and post meetings
- Ensuring the maintenance of corporate records, including record books and maintaining statutory registers and board policies and procedures
To be successful in this role you will have c.5 years company secretarial experience working within a global asset management or financial services firm supporting operating companies or fund product boards and be part or fully CGI qualified.
